Complaints, Defects & Refunds
Due to nature of products we sell (personalised goods), refunds for products that have already been printed are not possible (UK Law). We can only reprint the defective goods if the defect was our fault.
Any complaints about printing defects, missing prints etc must be made in writing by email within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to reprint.
You must return 95% of the delivered order back to us within 7 days of you receiving the original delivery if we ask you to return the goods back to us to examine.
When your complaint is received, we will review your complaint and at our discretion either:
- Request for proof of the defect
- Request that you return the goods back to us for examination
- Reprint the defective order
